3. Eat bitter almonds with honey and cleans the liver and spleen.

Harms :

To prepare the decoction of the almond tree, boil 50 grams of the leaf in 1 liter of water and then smooth.

Almond milk:

Almond milk is not smelled from the almonds and made raw. To make it, 50 grams of almonds are thoroughly milled into powder. Then add 50 grams of sugar or sugar and mix with one liter of water to obtain a liquid-like object.
Another type of almond milk is very useful for infants and children, and can be a substitute for diarrhea or supplement milk, so that they place 50 grams of almonds in warm water for a few minutes to kill the skin.
