INGREDIENTS :
- Rice = 4 cups
- Leeks, parsley, dill and coriander, a branch of fenugreek and a plant of fresh garlic = 500 g

- Beetroot = 1 to 2 pcs
- Carrots = 2 pcs
- Sour apricots = half a cups
- Onion = 1 pcs
- Lemon powder = 2 tablespoons
- Oil, salt, pepper and turmeric = as needed
INSTRUCTION :
1. Wash the meat and cut it into pieces or chopped if desired.
2. Chop the onion and add the meat to it and fry it.
3. Add pepper and turmeric to the meat and add two glasses of water to it and let it simmer on a gentle heat after boiling.
4. Wet the rice and drain it. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Cut the carrots diagonally. We wash and wet Qaisi.
5. Pour some oil on the bottom of the pot and pour rice on it the size of a spatula.
6. Put the cooked meat and sprinkle lemon powder on it.
7. Place the beets and carrots on the meat, then add a layer of vegetables and a layer of rice to pour the ingredients into layers in the pot.
8. Fry the apricots in a little oil, pour over the rice and pour two to three tablespoons of oil on the rice and brew it.
