Sweets Rashtè Khoushkaar Gilan in Iran
It’s a traditional Gilani Sweets . It is also used as a special Ramadan Sweets , which is prepared in Iftar in Gilan and in particular Taher Gorab Goskrat. The name of this Sweets is made in Tehran, especially in Ramadan. Sweets are made Its main ingredients are rice flour, sugar, walnuts and aromatic spices such as cardamom and cinnamon.
Rashtè Khoushkaar on a tray made of high purity hot and after delivery to the customer should be fried at home with a little butter or oil.
