Sale of more than 3 billion rials of handicrafts
The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Kermanshah Province announced the sale of more than three billion Rials of handicrafts in the 9th National Exhibition of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts of Kermanshah.
Jalil Balaei stated: The ninth national exhibition of handicrafts and traditional arts of the provinces throughout Iran was held for five days from September 20 to October 2 at the permanent location of Kermanshah International Exhibitions.
He continued: In this exhibition, which was held in the form of 115 booths from different provinces across the country, more than 600 million Rials of handicrafts were sold daily.
Director General of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Kermanshah Province said: During the five days of this exhibition, a figure of three billion Rials of handicrafts and traditional arts was sold.
Balaei also spoke about the level of welcome of the people of Kermanshah to this exhibition: In total, more than 30,000 people visited this exhibition, which was very significant in its kind.
He said: The more we can acquaint people with the culture and art of our predecessors, which is crystallized in the form of handicrafts and traditional arts, the more we will certainly be more successful in promoting and developing the Iranian-Islamic way of life.
