INGREDIENTS :

  • Hard yogurt = 1 kg
  • Eggs = 1 piece
  • Dried saffron = some
  • Hot onion = 1 cup
  • Cooked minced meat = 500 grams
  • Meat juice = 1 cup
  • Salt and pepper = as needed
  • Cornstarch = 2 soupspons

INSTRUCTION :

1- In a bowl, mix yogurt with eggs and saffron.
2- Pour the hot onion in the pot and fry the meat with it, add the meat juice to it and let it boil and the juice is drawn and it has a little water.
3- Then slowly add the yogurt mixture to the meat stock (in several steps) and stir regularly until it falls into the oil.
4- After stirring for a few moments, remove it from the heat and finally measure the salt and pepper. Mix the cornstarch with 4 to 5 tablespoons of cold water and put it on the food.
5. Again, give a short heat to the food and remove it from the heat. Serve the food until hot.

Note: This food can be served with or without rice.
