INGREDIENTS :

  • Rice = 4 cups
  • Pomegranate paste = half a cup
  • Chopped walnuts = half a cup
  • Sugar = 2 soupspons
  • Hot onion = 4 soupspons
  • Oil, salt and pepper = as needed
  • Raisins = half a cup
  • Cooked and fried chicken = 3 pieces

INSTRUCTION :

Wash the rice and soak it in salt for two hours.
Bring the water to a boil and pour the rice into the boiling water to soften it a little, then pour it into the strainer.
While the rice is boiling, wash the raisins, then fry them in hot oil with pomegranate paste, walnuts and onions.
Add sugar, salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
Put the ingredients on top of the rice and brew the rice, then serve in a bowl and garnish with saffron rice and chicken.

tip:
If you use sweet pomegranate paste, you can remove the sugar.
You can also serve this rice with fried meat and muscle.
