Recipe for Ardabil food sliced almond stew in Iran
This fragrant and delicious sliced almond stew has many fans not only in Ardabil but in all of Iran. They are combined in a completely artistic way to prepare one of the most popular and delicious dishes of Ardabil province in Iran. This food is eaten with rice, yogurt and vegetables and is usually tried by tourists traveling to Ardabil in Iran.
INGREDIENTS :
- Beef = as needed
- Almond slices = 200 g
- Fried onion = 1 cup
- Eggs = 4 pcs
- Salt, pepper = as needed
- Saffron = as needed
- Turmeric = as needed
- Tomato paste = as needed
INSTRUCTION :
Chop the meat into small pieces and fry in some oil. Then add the paste to it and while frying the paste in the minced meat, add sliced almonds, salt, pepper and turmeric to them and with two glasses Water Allow the meat to cook over low heat.
After the meat is cooked, add hot onion and saffron to it, and at the end of cooking, break the eggs into the stew and close the container without stirring and wait for the eggs to close.

Almond sliced stew can be served for lunch, dinner.
