INGREDIENTS :
- Eggs = 4 pcs
- Potatoes = 2 pcs
- Hot onion = 2 tbsp
- Flour = 1 tablespoon
- Finely chopped spinach = 1 cup
- Sumac water = as needed
- Salt, pepper and turmeric = as needed
- Water = 5 cups
INSTRUCTION :
1. Add the hot onion, flour, spinach, pepper and turmeric and add water after a few seconds.
2. When the boil comes, add the potatoes until they are half cooked.
3. Beat 2 eggs and add salt, after boiling for 2-3 minutes, put the rest of the eggs straight and gently in a bowl to cook. Finally add the sumac juice.
