1. Finely chop an onion and then fry it in some oil. After frying, fry a teaspoon of turmeric and two tablespoons of tomato paste and add three to four glasses of water and let it boil.

2. Then grate the minced meat with a medium-sized onion with a coarse grater and knead well with salt, a tablespoon of savory and dried tarragon, and a teaspoon of turmeric, salt and pepper.

3. These ingredients can also be prepared without savory and tarragon. In this way, savory and tarragon are removed and we serve with only a medium number of onions with good salt and pepper and we do the rest of the steps.

4. We take the meat ingredients as big as a hazelnut, roll them in our hands and put them in hot onion sauce and tomato paste.

5. When all the meatballs, which are the sparrows, are done, peel the potatoes and chop them into a square finger, add them to the sparrows’ heads and let them cook until the potatoes are cooked.

6. After cooking the potatoes, pour the delicious sparrow’s head into your favorite dish and eat it with fresh bread and vegetables or onions.

7. Some fresh lemon juice or flakes of Omani lemon can be added at the end of cooking sparrow head.
