Ilam maksh food recipe in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Rice = 4 cups
- Coarse onion = 1 pcs
- Finely chopped onion (for pickles) = 20 pcs
- Turmeric = 3 soupspons
- Salt = as needed
- Bukhara raisins and plums from each = 1 cups
- Oil = 4 soupspons
INSTRUCTION :
Finely chop the large onion and fry it in oil until light, add the turmeric, wash the rice and cook in a pan. When the rice water boils, add salt, onion and turmeric to the rice and mix thoroughly until the rice is golden. Turn down the heat to drain the rice water.
Note that this step is open in the pot.
Now dig in the middle of the rice and peel the small onions, then put them in the middle of the rice.
Wash the plums and raisins and add a pinch of rice to each, then let it brew.
