Ghandi is known to all Iranians. Very tasty and lovely often served with hot tea. Ghandi is one of the other traditional sweets in Qazvin province, which, along with other local sweets , is produced in late March by Ladies Code Lady.
This sweets is cooked using sour flour, powdered sugar, solid oil, cardamom powder, baking powder and poppy. This bread has a wonderful aroma that intelligence will win over every human being. Of course, the people of Qazvin province call it the dried form of this delicious bread, kawag (dry).
