Bushehr rice shrimp recipe in Iran
Rice shrimp is one of several traditional and local foods in Bushehr. Shrimp and fish is one of the most basic foods in southern Iran, especially Bushehr.
INGREDIENTS :
- Shrimp = 300 grams
- Raw rice = 2 cups
- Eaten vegetables (leeks, parsley, coriander, dill, fenugreek and a little vegetable garlic) = 6 to 7 tablespoons
- Onion = 1 pcs
- Medium garlic = 5 to 6 cloves
- Brewed saffron = as needed
- Red pepper = as needed
- Salt and zucchini = as needed
INSTRUCTION :
First, eat the onion and fry it with a little oil.
When the onion is a little soft, add the garlic and zucchini.
Roast the ingredients together until soft and then add the shrimp. We should not let the garlic and onion fry, because after the shrimp are added, they will be roasted again and may burn.
Now we add saffron and red pepper to the shrimp. The amount of pepper depends on how much you like spicy food, but I recommend spicy.
We fry the shrimp and the rest of the ingredients together so that the shrimps gather themselves and cook and fry a little. Now our shrimp pilaf is ready.
Drain the rice and mix the rice, vegetables and shrimp in a bowl. It is better to divide all the ingredients into two or three parts to mix them well so that they mix well. Now brew the pilaf and shrimp mixture for 30 to 45 minutes.
