Pre-soak the beans and then let them cook well with a little water, salt and turmeric.

Then make a hot onion in a large and spacious pot and take some to decorate the aush and leave it for a while. Now add a little tomato paste and fry. (You can add tomato paste later with fruits)

Add the cooked beans and fruits (previously washed and soaked) along with the dumplings (either raw or roasted) with a little water or broth or chicken broth.

You can use meat or chicken extracts. If you want to use extracts, be careful with table salt because extracts contain salt and spices.

When the fruits are soft and cooked, add the noodles.

While the noodles are cooking, stir the aush occasionally so that it does not settle, and if the water is low, add some boiling water to it.
