Jowzan carpet is a rural and urban style carpet that is woven in Jowzan region located in Hamadan province in western Iran. In this carpet, symmetrical and asymmetrical knots with cotton thread and wool lint have been used. Toranj, Mehrabi, Tree and Vase are common and red, blue, navy, yellow, pink and ivory designs from the common colors of Jowzan carpet.
