All about Bakhshāyesh carpets in Iran
Bakhshāyesh carpet is a light rural carpet woven in the Bakhshāyesh region located in Bakhshāyesh in the province of East Azerbaijan in northwestern Iran. In this carpet, symmetrical knots with cotton and woolen threads and woolen lint have been used. Flexible and bergamot, tangled and geometric fish are common and red designs, pea, brick, purple and camel are common colors of Bakhshāyesh carpet.
Bakhshāyesh carpets (a village near Harris) are very similar in color, size, design, wool and quality to Harris products and are woven with Turkish knots, but have less flexibility, especially in parts. Older is more noticeable. The variety of colors, densities, usability in home decoration and the quality of these products are relatively good and bad.
