INGREDIENTS :

  • Cooked wheat semolina = 2 cups
  • Large onion = 1 pcs
  • Chicken legs (cleaned) = 1 package
  • Salt, pepper, turmeric and garlic powder = as needed
  • Tomato paste = 1.5 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice = 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped spinach or leek = 1 cup
  • Water = 1.5 liters

INSTRUCTION :

I make it in a pressure cooker. You can make it in a pot, but it takes more time.

Chop the onion finely and fry it with a little oil, add the spices, mix a little, and then add the tomatoes and fry them a little, now add a liter and a half of water.

Clean the cooked semolina and wash it with a little water and put it in the pressure cooker with the chicken legs. Add the eaten vegetables and add water if necessary.

Close the pressure cooker door and put it on the heat. Leave it on high heat for the first 20 minutes to cook and the sound of the pressure cooker whistle will rise, then reduce the heat and cook for about an hour.

Then I raise the pressure cooker valve to completely empty the air inside the pressure cooker. Now open the pressure cooker door, add enough salt and lemon and serve the food in the desired dish. Enjoy your meal.
