All-wool rug: A rug whose fabric, fabric and lint are made of wool. This type of carpet is coarse-textured due to the material of the lint. Khersak carpet, which is woven from the thickest wool, is in this category. All wool carpets have advantages such as durability and resilience, the ability to return the feathers after folding, the high strength of moisture absorption, and so on. This type of carpet is heavy and cheap, and less can be found in the art form.
Coarse-grained woolen rugs, which are often heavy and have large patterns, are Persian-woven. In a Persian knot or a knot, only one side of the lint is tied and the other side is free. In this method, the chin is looser and to tighten it, the heavy shoulders are pounded harder on the lint so that the woolen lint falls together and the chin is tightened. This disintegration of wool increases the possibility of weaving or mating.
Weavers of Persian-woven carpets cannot weave delicate and miniature maps due to the large size of their wool. On the other hand, Persian knots gradually become loose and do not appear when they are worn over the years (which of course is not small at all).
For all these reasons, this type of carpet is cheaper. Bakhtiari, Fars, Mashhad, Arak, Hamedan, etc. Persian carpets are more famous. However, these warm and vibrant rugs and colors give a special energy to the living environment and are definitely more eye-catching than any other artificial weave.
